യെഹെസ്കേൽ 33:31

സംഘം കൂടിവരുന്നതുപോലെ അവർ നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽവന്നു എന്റെ ജനമായിട്ടു നിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇരുന്നു നിന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ കേൾക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ അവർ അവയെ ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല; വായ്കൊണ്ടു അവർ വളരെ സ്നേഹം കാണിക്കുന്നു; ഹൃദയമോ, ദുരാഗ്രഹത്തെ പിന്തുടരുന്നു.

And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as my people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.
