எசேக்கியேல் 22:4

நீ சிந்தின உன்னுடைய இரத்தத்தினால் நீ குற்றம்சுமந்ததாகி நீ உண்டாக்கின உன்னுடைய அசுத்தமான சிலைகளால் நீ தீட்டுப்பட்டு, உன்னுடைய நாட்களை நெருங்கச்செய்து, உன்னுடைய வருடங்களை நிறைவேற்றினாய்; ஆகையால் நான் உன்னைப் அந்நியமக்களுக்கு நிந்தையாகவும், தேசங்களுக்கெல்லாம் பரியாசமாகவும் வைப்பேன்.

Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed; and hast defiled thyself in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and a mocking to all countries.
