હઝકિયેલ 20:18

મેં તેઓનાં દીકરાઓને તથા દીકરીઓને અરણ્યમાં કહ્યું, ‘તમે તમારા પિતાઓના નિયમો પ્રમાણે ચાલશો નહિ, તેઓના હુકમોને અનુસરશો નહિ કે તેઓની મૂર્તિઓથી તમારી જાતને અશુદ્ધ કરશો નહિ.

But I said unto their children in the wilderness, Walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers, neither observe their judgments, nor defile yourselves with their idols:
