เพราะฉะนั้นองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าพระเจ้าตรั​สด​ังนี้​ว่า​ เรามี​ชี​วิตอยู่​ฉันใด​ เพราะคำปฏิญาณต่อเราที่เขาดูหมิ่นและพันธสัญญาของเราที่เขาหักเสีย เราจะตอบสนองให้ตกเหนือศีรษะของท่านผู้​นั้น​

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; As I live, surely mine oath that he hath despised, and my covenant that he hath broken, even it will I recompense upon his own head.
