เมื่อฟาโรห์​เห​็​นว​่า ​ฝน​ ลูกเห็บและฟ้าร้องนั้นหยุดแล้ว ​พระองค์​​ก็​​กล​ับทรงกระทำผิดบาปต่อไปอีก พระทัยแข็งกระด้าง ทั้งพระองค์และข้าราชการ

And when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.
