నిర్గమకాండం 6:7

మిమ్మల్ని నా సొంత ప్రజగా నా చెంత చేర్చుకుని మీకు దేవుడైన యెహోవాగా ఉంటాను. అప్పుడు ఐగుప్తీయుల బానిసత్వం కింద నుండి మిమ్మల్ని విడిపించి బయటకు రప్పించిన మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను నేనే అని మీరు తెలుసుకుంటారు.

And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and ye shall know that I am the LORD your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.
