ฝ่ายนายงานและนายกองของพลไพร่​ก็​ออกไปและกล่าวแก่พลไพร่​ว่า​ “​ฟาโรห์​รับสั่​งด​ังนี้​ว่า​ ‘เราจะไม่​ยอมให้​ฟางแก่พวกเจ้าเลย
