யாத்திராகமம் 5:3

அப்பொழுது அவர்கள்: “எபிரெயர்களுடைய தேவன் எங்களைச் சந்தித்தார்; நாங்கள் வனாந்திரத்தில் மூன்றுநாட்கள் பயணமாக போய், எங்கள் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவிற்கு பலியிடும்படி போகவிடவேண்டும்; போகாமலிருந்தால், அவர் கொள்ளைநோயையும், பட்டயத்தையும் எங்கள்மேல் வரச்செய்வார்” என்றார்கள்.

And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go, we pray thee, three days’ journey into the desert, and sacrifice unto the LORD our God; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.
