નિર્ગમન 5:3

ત્યારે હારુન અને મૂસાએ કહ્યું, “હિબ્રૂઓના ઈશ્વરે અમને લોકોને દર્શન આપ્યું છે. અમારા ઈશ્વરનું ભજન કરવા માટે તું અમને અરણ્યમાં ત્રણ દિવસનો પ્રવાસ કરવા જવા દે, ત્યાં અમે યહોવાહને યજ્ઞાર્પણ કરીશું. જો અમને નહિ જવા દે તો ઈશ્વર તરફથી દેશ પર મરકી અને તલવારરૂપી આફત આવી પડશે.”

And they said, The God of the Hebrews hath met with us: let us go, we pray thee, three days’ journey into the desert, and sacrifice unto the LORD our God; lest he fall upon us with pestilence, or with the sword.
