പുറപ്പാടു 3:7

യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തതു: മിസ്രയീമിലുള്ള എന്റെ ജനത്തിന്റെ കഷ്ടത ഞാൻ കണ്ടു കണ്ടു; ഊഴിയവിചാരകന്മാർ നിമിത്തമുള്ള അവരുടെ നിലവിളിയും കേട്ടു; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ സങ്കടങ്ങൾ അറിയുന്നു.

¶ And the LORD said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
