ఆ ముద్రను తలపాగాకు అంటుకుని ఉండేలా నీలం రంగు దారంతో కట్టారు. ఇదంతా యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్టు చేశారు.

And they tied unto it a lace of blue, to fasten it on high upon the mitre; as the LORD commanded Moses.
