யாத்திராகமம் 34:15

அந்த தேசத்தின் குடிகளோடு உடன்படிக்கை செய்வாயானால், அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய தெய்வங்களைப் பின்பற்றி, விபசாரம் செய்வார்கள், தங்களுடைய தெய்வங்களுக்குப் பலியிடுவார்கள்; ஒருவன் உன்னை அழைக்கும்போது, நீ போய், அவனுடைய பலி செலுத்தியதில் சாப்பிடுவாய்;

Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;
