Exodus 33:11

Dan sprak Jahweh tot Moses van aanschijn tot aanschijn, zoals iemand spreekt met zijn vriend; daarna keerde Moses naar de legerplaats terug, terwijl zijn dienaar, de jeugdige Josuë, de zoon van Noen, de tent nooit verliet.

And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. And he turned again into the camp: but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, departed not out of the tabernacle.
