Halk, Moşe'nin dağdan inmekte geciktiğini görünce, Aron'un yanında toplanıp ona şöyle dediler: “Gel, bize önümüzden gidecek ilâhlar yap; çünkü bizi Mısır diyarından çıkaran adama, bu Moşe'ye ne oldu bilmiyoruz.”
