ด้วยโมเสสกล่าวไว้​แล​้​วว​่า “ในวันนี้ท่านทั้งหลายจงสถาปนาตัวเองรับใช้พระเยโฮวาห์ จงให้​ทุ​กคนสู้รบกับบุตรชายและพี่น้องของตน เพื่อวันนี้​พระองค์​จะได้อำนวยพระพรแก่ท่านทั้งหลาย”

For Moses had said, Consecrate yourselves to day to the LORD, even every man upon his son, and upon his brother; that he may bestow upon you a blessing this day.
