નિર્ગમન 2:23

કેટલાંક વર્ષો વીતી ગયા પછી મિસરનો રાજા મૃત્યુ પામ્યો. ઇઝરાયલીઓ ગુલામીમાં પિડાતા હતા. તેઓ આક્રંદ કરીને મદદ માટે પ્રભુને પોકાર કરતા હતા. તેઓનો વિલાપ અને પ્રાર્થના ઈશ્વરે સાંભળી.

¶ And it came to pass in process of time, that the king of Egypt died: and the children of Israel sighed by reason of the bondage, and they cried, and their cry came up unto God by reason of the bondage.
