ஒரு மரக்காலிலே பத்தில் ஒரு பங்கானதும், இடித்துப் பிழிந்த காற்படி எண்ணெயிலே பிசைந்ததுமாகிய மெல்லிய மாவையும், பானபலியாகக் கால்படி திராட்சை ரசத்தையும், ஒரு ஆட்டுக்குட்டியுடன் படைக்கவேண்டும்.
