யாத்திராகமம் 23:15

புளிப்பில்லா அப்பப்பண்டிகையைக் கொண்டாடி, நான் உனக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடி ஆபீப் மாதத்தின் குறித்தகாலத்தில் ஏழுநாட்கள் புளிப்பில்லா அப்பம் சாப்பிடவேண்டும்; அந்த மாதத்தில் எகிப்திலிருந்து புறப்பட்டாயே, என்னுடைய சந்நிதியில் வெறுங்கையுடன் வரவேண்டாம்.

Thou shalt keep the feast of unleavened bread: (thou shalt eat unleavened bread seven days, as I commanded thee, in the time appointed of the month Abib; for in it thou camest out from Egypt: and none shall appear before me empty:)
