ถ้าจับของที่ลักไปนั้นได้​อยู่​ในมือของเขาจะเป็​นว​ั​วก​็​ดี​ หรือลาก็​ดี​ หรือแกะก็​ดี​ ซึ่งยังเป็นอยู่ ขโมยนั้นต้องให้ค่าชดใช้เป็นสองเท่า

If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double.
