ถ้าผู้ใดล่อลวงหญิงพรหมจารี​ที่​ยังไม่​มี​​คู่​หมั้นและนอนร่วมกับหญิงนั้น ​ผู้​นั้นจะต้องเสียเงินสินสอด และต้องรับหญิงนั้นเป็นภรรยาของตน

¶ And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.
