​แต่​ถ้าเจ้าของอยู่​ด้วย​ ​ผู้​ยืมไม่ต้องให้ค่าชดใช้ ถ้าเป็นของเช่า ​ให้​คิดแต่ค่าเช่าเท่านั้น

But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.
