నా ప్రజల్లో మీ దగ్గర ఉండే ఒక పేదవాడికి అప్పుగా సొమ్ము ఇచ్చినప్పుడు వారి పట్ల కఠినంగా ప్రవర్తించ కూడదు. వాళ్ళ దగ్గర వడ్డీ వసూలు చేయకూడదు.

¶ If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.
