నిర్గమకాండం 22:11

అ వ్యక్తి తన పొరుగువాడి సొమ్మును తాను దొంగిలించలేదని యెహోవా నామం పేరట ప్రమాణం చెయ్యాలి. ఆ ప్రమాణం వారిద్దరి మధ్యనే ఉండాలి. ఆస్తి స్వంత దారుడు దానికి సమ్మతించాలి. జరిగిన నష్టపరిహారం చెల్లించనక్కర లేదు.

Then shall an oath of the LORD be between them both, that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour’s goods; and the owner of it shall accept thereof, and he shall not make it good.
