പുറപ്പാടു 22:16

വിവാഹത്തിന്നു നിയമിക്കപ്പെടാത്ത ഒരു കന്യകയെ ഒരുത്തൻ വശീകരിച്ചു അവളോടുകൂടെ ശയിച്ചാൽ അവൻ സ്ത്രീധനം കൊടുത്തു അവളെ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കേണം.

¶ And if a man entice a maid that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely endow her to be his wife.
