وَإِنْ كَانَ صَاحِبُهُ مَعَهُ لَا يُعَوِّضُ. إِنْ كَانَ مُسْتَأْجَرًا أَتَى بِأُجْرَتِهِ.
But if the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be an hired thing, it came for his hire.
