யாத்திராகமம் 21:20

“ஒருவன் தனக்கு அடிமையானவனையோ தனக்கு அடிமையானவளையோ, கோலால் அடித்ததாலே, அவனுடைய கையால் இறந்துபோனால், பழிக்குப்பழி வாங்கப்படவேண்டும்.

¶ And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished.
