निर्गमन 21:18

“यदि मनुष्य झगड़ते हों, और एक दूसरे को पत्थर या मुक्के से ऐसा मारे कि वह मरे नहीं परन्तु बिछौने पर पड़ा रहे,

¶ And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed:
