2. Mose 19:3

Und Mose stieg hinauf zu Gott. Und der HERR rief ihm vom Berge und sprach: So sollst du sagen dem Hause Jakob und verkündigen den Kindern Israel:

And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;
