اَلْخُرُوجُ 19:17

وَأَخْرَجَ مُوسَى ٱلشَّعْبَ مِنَ ٱلْمَحَلَّةِ لِمُلَاقَاةِ ٱللهِ، فَوَقَفُوا فِي أَسْفَلِ ٱلْجَبَلِ.

And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount.
