మోషే ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలందరిలో సామర్థ్యం ఉన్న వ్యక్తులను గుర్తించి వెయ్యి మందికి ఒకడు, వంద మందికి ఒకడు, యాభై మందికి ఒకడు, పది మందికి ఒకడు చొప్పున అధికారులుగా నియమించి వాళ్లకు న్యాయం తీర్చే అధికారం ఇచ్చాడు.

And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.
