யாத்திராகமம் 18:22

அவர்கள் எப்பொழுதும் மக்களை நியாயம் விசாரித்து, பெரிய காரியங்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் உம்மிடம் கொண்டுவரட்டும், சிறிய காரியங்கள் யாவையும் தாங்களே தீர்க்கட்டும்; இப்படி அவர்கள் உம்மோடு இந்தப் பாரத்தைச் சுமந்தால், உமக்கு இலகுவாக இருக்கும்.

And let them judge the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto thee, but every small matter they shall judge: so shall it be easier for thyself, and they shall bear the burden with thee.
