Die moeten dan op iedere tijd recht spreken over het volk; zij kunnen de kleinere dingen behandelen, terwijl zij alle gewichtige zaken aan u moeten voorleggen. Zo kunt ge het u zelf lichter maken, en zullen zij de last samen met u dragen.
