నిర్గమకాండం 17:9

మోషే యెహోషువతో “మన కోసం కొంతమందిని సిద్ధం చేసి బయలుదేరి అమాలేకీయులతో యుద్ధం చెయ్యి. నేను రేపు దేవుని కర్ర చేత్తో పట్టుకుని ఆ కొండ శిఖరంపై నిలబడతాను” అన్నాడు.

And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.
