Exodus 17:14

Toen sprak Jahweh tot Moses: Schrijf het ter gedachtenis in een boek, en prent het Josuë in het geheugen, dat Ik de herinnering aan Amalek onder de zon zal uitwissen.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.
