E lo misurarono con l'omer; e chi ne avea raccolto assai non n'ebbe di soverchio; e chi ne avea raccolto poco non n'ebbe di manco; ciascuno ne raccoglieva quanto gliene bisognava per lo suo mangiare.

And when they did mete it with an omer, he that gathered much had nothing over, and he that gathered little had no lack; they gathered every man according to his eating.
