யாத்திராகமம் 14:4

ஆகையால், பார்வோன் அவர்களைப் பின்தொடரும்படி, நான் அவன் இருதயத்தைக் கடினப்படுத்தி, நானே யெகோவா என்பதை எகிப்தியர்கள் அறியும்படி, பார்வோனாலும் அவனுடைய எல்லா ராணுவத்தாலும் மகிமைப்படுவேன்” என்றார்; அவர்கள் அப்படியே செய்தார்கள்.

And I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honoured upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians may know that I am the LORD. And they did so.
