నిర్గమకాండం 13:19

మోషే యోసేపు ఆస్తికలను వెంట తీసుకు వచ్చాడు. ఎందుకంటే యోసేపు “దేవుడు మిమ్మల్ని తప్పకుండా జ్ఞాపకం చేసుకుంటాడు, అప్పుడు మీరు నా ఆస్తికలను ఇక్కడి నుంచి తీసుకు వెళ్ళండి” అని ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలతో కచ్చితంగా ఒట్టు పెట్టించుకున్నాడు.

And Moses took the bones of Joseph with him: for he had straitly sworn the children of Israel, saying, God will surely visit you; and ye shall carry up my bones away hence with you.
