2 Moseboken 13:5

Och det ska ske när Herren (Jahveh) ska föra er in i kanaanéernas och hettiternas och amoréernas och hivéernas och jevusiternas land, som han har lovat med ed till era fäder att ge er [1 Mos 12:1-3], ett land som flyter av mjölk och honung, att ni ska betjäna, hålla denna gudstjänst i denna månad.

¶ And it shall be when the LORD shall bring thee into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee, a land flowing with milk and honey, that thou shalt keep this service in this month.
