નિર્ગમન 12:3

સમગ્ર ઇઝરાયલીઓ માટે આદેશ છે કે: “આ માસના દસમા દિવસે પ્રત્યેક પુરુષે પોતાના પિતાના કુટુંબ દીઠ એક હલવાન લેવું.

¶ Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
