નિર્ગમન 10:1

પછી યહોવાહે મૂસાને કહ્યું, “તું ફારુન પાસે જા. મેં તેને અને તેના સરદારોને એટલા માટે હઠાગ્રહી બનાવ્યા છે કે જેથી હું મારું ચમત્કારિક સામર્થ્ય તેઓની સમક્ષ પ્રગટ કરું.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh: for I have hardened his heart, and the heart of his servants, that I might shew these my signs before him:
