મોર્દખાયે અહાશ્વેરોશના રાજ્યના એકસો સત્તાવીસ પ્રાંતોમાંના સર્વ યહૂદીઓને સત્ય અને સલામતીના પ્રમાણભૂત પત્રો મોકલ્યા.
