ત્યાર બાદ પૂરીમ વિષે આ બીજો પત્ર મંજૂર થાય માટે અબિહાઈલની પુત્રી એસ્તેર રાણીએ અને યહૂદી મોર્દખાયે સંપૂર્ણ અધિકારથી પત્ર લખ્યો.
