इन बातों का वृत्तान्त लिखकर, मोर्दकै ने राजा क्षयर्ष के सब प्रान्तों में, क्या निकट क्या दूर रहनेवाले सारे यहूदियों के पास चिट्ठियाँ भेजीं,
