யூதர்கள் தங்களுடைய பகைவர்களைப் பழிவாங்கும்படி நியமித்த அன்றையதினத்தில் ஆயத்தமாக இருக்கவேண்டும் என்று அந்தந்த நாட்டிலுள்ள எல்லா மக்களுக்கும் கூறப்படுகிறதற்காகக் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட கட்டளையின் நகல் இதுவே; இது ஒவ்வொரு நாட்டிலும் பிரபலப்படுத்தப்பட்டது.
