રાજાની સેવામાં વપરાતા ઘોડાઓ પર સવાર થયેલા ખેપિયાઓને રાજાની આજ્ઞાથી તાકીદ કરવામાં આવી હતી તેથી તેઓ જલ્દી ચાલી નીકળ્યા. આ હુકમ સૂસાના મહેલમાં પણ પ્રગટ કરવામાં આવ્યો.
