એ હુકમ સર્વ પ્રાંતોમાં પ્રગટ કરવામાં આવે એટલા માટે તેની એક એક નકલ બધી પ્રજાઓમાં મોકલવામાં આવી તે જ દિવસે યહૂદીઓએ પોતાના શત્રુઓ પર વેર વાળવાને તૈયાર રહેવાનું હતું.
