하만이 왕복과 말을 취하여 모르드개에게 옷을 입히고 말을 태워 성중 거리로 다니며 그 앞에서 반포하되 `왕이 존귀케 하시기를 기뻐하시는 사람에게는 이같이 할 것이라' 하니라

Then took Haman the apparel and the horse, and arrayed Mordecai, and brought him on horseback through the street of the city, and proclaimed before him, Thus shall it be done unto the man whom the king delighteth to honour.
