ఎస్తేరు 5:14

అతని భార్య జెరెషు, అతని స్నేహితులందరూ “50 మూరల ఎత్తున్న ఉరికొయ్య ఒకటి చేయించు. దాని మీద మొర్దెకైని ఉరి తీసేలా రేపు రాజుకు మనవి చెయ్యి. ఆపైన సంతోషంగా రాజుతో కలిసి విందుకు పోవచ్చు” అని అతనితో చెప్పారు. ఈ సంగతి హామానుకు సముచితంగా తోచింది. అతడు ఉరికొయ్య ఒకటి సిద్ధం చేయించాడు.

¶ Then said Zeresh his wife and all his friends unto him, Let a gallows be made of fifty cubits high, and to morrow speak thou unto the king that Mordecai may be hanged thereon: then go thou in merrily with the king unto the banquet. And the thing pleased Haman; and he caused the gallows to be made.
