Логофеций ымпэратулуй ау фост кемаць ын а трейспрезечя зи а луний ынтый ши ау скрис ын тотул кум а порунчит Хаман май-марилор оштирий, дрегэторилор фиекэруй цинут ши кэпетениилор фиекэруй попор, фиекэруй цинут дупэ скриеря луй ши фиекэруй попор дупэ лимба луй. Ау скрис ын нумеле ымпэратулуй Ахашверош ши ау печетлуит скрисориле ку инелул ымпэратулуй.
