આ હુકમ બધા પ્રાંતોમાં જાહેર થાય માટે તેની નકલ સર્વ પ્રજાઓમાં પ્રગટ કરવામાં આવી કે તેઓ તે દિવસને માટે તૈયાર થઈ રહે.
